El área negra y la presencia de la cana aluden a la experiencia acumulada y que a veces implica el conocimiento de una muerte, y la flor la esperanza, esa pequeña luz que nace precisamente de esa muerte. 
Marca el inicio del uso de dos elementos que se reiterarán como estrategias o concepciones en el trabajo de la artista. El primero es la sustitución de un elemento por otro, el tallo por el pelo, para que el espectador, gracias a su memoria visual, complete la información y logre ver una flor.  Y el segundo es el devenir de dibujos en fotografías, pues con la fotografía, la artista siente que puede destacar la visualidad que más le interesa del objeto o del dibujo fotografiado o escaneado. 
En muchas ocasiones es necesario desenfocar nuestro entorno para seguir viviendo, ignorar lo que no nos gusta, y concentrarnos en nuestras propias creencias y aspiraciones, y saber que en lo terrible existe también belleza. Concentrarnos en algo bello, plenamente bello, como el mar o una flor, puede ser una suerte de cura o anestesia. 
Podemos decidir de qué manera vamos a ver el mundo… e imaginar un filtro de belleza.

The black area and the presence of the gray hair allude to the accumulated experience and that sometimes implies the knowledge of a death, and the flower the hope, that small light that is born precisely from that death.
It marks the beginning of the use of two elements that will be reiterated as strategies or conceptions in the work of the artist. The first is the substitution of one element for another, the stem for the hair, so that the viewer, thanks to his visual memory, completes the information and manages to see a flower. And the second is the evolution of drawings in photographs, because with photography, the artist feels that she can highlight the visuality that most interests her about the object or the photographed or scanned drawing.
On many occasions it is necessary to blur our environment to continue living, ignore what we do not like, and concentrate on our own beliefs and aspirations, and know that in the terrible there is also beauty. Concentrating on something beautiful, fully beautiful, like the sea or a flower, can be a kind of cure or anesthesia.
We can decide how we are going to see the world … and imagine a beauty filter.
