Las formas del instante | Shapes of the Instant

New bars of soap were exchanged for used ones. Drawings were made on them using the artist’s own hair. Shapes of Time is a call to appreciate the most fleeting moments and ephemeral details of our existence. In this work, time and the body become the sculptors that transform both the soap and the hair left upon it. The used soap and hair, turned into objects of contemplation, are at once a provocation and an invitation to discover another kind of beauty: the beauty that lies in what has been discarded, and that also speaks to an essential part of the passage of human existence.
