Al silencio interior, aunque parezca a veces imposible, es al que siempre podremos regresar. Llegar a él implica, la mayoría de las veces, un proceso arduo; pero es solo desde este silencio interior, que podemos verdaderamente escuchar al otro, escuchar la naturaleza, devenir incluso ella misma. Estamos acostumbrados ya de tal forma al ruido que pensamos es inherente a nosotros. Y, ¿cuántas cosas no se inventa el ser humano con tal de no escuchar? La televisión, el deporte, el consumo, cualquier cosa para ocupar un vacío que en definitiva es irreal porque la verdad es que estamos llenos de prejuicios, miedos, palabras.
Posiblemente proporcional al silencio, al espacio que él ocupa en nosotros, está el nivel espiritual que vayamos alcanzando durante la vida, un viaje del interior, por el silencio: Una ascensión silenciosa.

Inner silence, which sometimes seems impossible, is the one we can always return to. To reach it, implies, most of the time, an arduous process; but it is only from this inner silence that we can truly listen to the other, listen to Nature, and even becoming Nature itself. We are already used to noise that we think is inherent to us. And, how many things does the human being not invent so as not to listen? Television, sports, consumption, anything to occupy a vacuum that is ultimately unreal because the truth is that we are full of prejudices, fears, words.
Possibly proportional to silence, the space that occupies in us, there is a spiritual level that we are reaching during life, a journey from the interior, through silence: A silent rise.
