Siguiendo la intención de llamar la atención sobre lo desapercibido, la artista coleccionó flores silvestres para detenerlas en su estado de máxima belleza, aquí se unen ese interés por el detalle y otros, también recurrentes en su obra: el de la belleza y la eternidad. Era una forma de inducir un zoom obligado a la flor, para detallarla en su belleza desconocida o ignorada – por su pequeño tamaño tal vez. Una evocación del estado de quietud, de contemplación. El gesto de congelar, de interrumpir el progreso lógico y natural, pretende mantener y prolongar la belleza, pero el deshielo es entonces y por tanto, la el regreso al ritmo vital, a lo natural.

Following the intention to draw attention to the unnoticed, the artist collected wild flowers to stop them in their state of maximum beauty, here they join that interest in detail and others, also recurrent in his work: the beauty and eternity. It was a way of inducing an obliged zoom to the flower, to detail it in its unknown or ignored beauty – for its small size perhaps. An evocation of the state of stillness, of contemplation.
